Greenland Shrimp (Pandalus borealis)

Tidepool Tim says,  “Whether it’s Pacific or Atlantic Ocean--this shrimp loves cold water! They’re only 2" - 4" long, shorter than their warm water relatives. Maine sees more “Greenland shrimp” than any other New England state. They’re been fished for food historically, but It’s important to keep in mind that their population is jeopardized by commercial fishing.”
