Our Periwinkles, locally known as “rinkles” are hand-harvested from the rocky shores of Cobscook Bay and across Downeast, Maine.

The best “winkies” are harvested during the largest tides of the full and new moon.

Just rinse, steam, pick with toothpicks, and enjoy! (we like ours with lemon and garlic butter.)

Winkies make an excellent bar snack, gourmet appetizer, or party treat.

Keep in the fridge in original container for up to two weeks! rinse in container twice weekly for best results.
